One-to-One Lessons

Simply email info@vivienomalleyceramics.com to discuss your class date and time first. Then purchase the course, once you have your date, to secure your booking.

Private Classes are held on Wednesday mornings and Saturdays.*

This is a unique opportunity to have a one-to-one pottery lesson at Vivien O’Malley Ceramics.

You can direct this class to suit the area of pottery that interests you the most; from lessons that are concentrated solely on throwing to classes that combine hand building, glazing and throwing techniques. These courses are suitable for both beginners and intermediates.

You can purchase a single lesson or up to 6 lessons in one go. If you purchase multiple lesson they do not have to happen back to back, we can set dates and time to suit us both. There is also an option to have a double (3 hour) lesson.

Members may be using the space during class time.

*Class times are subject to availability and only available on the days mentioned above. Lessons, especially Saturday lessons, may have to be booked a month in advance during peak times. There are no private classes outside of these days and times.

Please note that cancellations or deferrals are only allowed if you give at least 5 working days notice. No refunds or deferrals will be given if you cancel without 5 working days notice for whatever reason.

Any work that has not been collected from the pottery after 3 months will be donated to schools for mosaics.
